Consultancy FAQ
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. All tiers are month-to-month. You can scale up, down, or cancel at any time with 30 days notice before your next billing cycle.
Do you implement the changes yourself?
On Advisory and Partner tiers, I provide the strategy, specs, briefs, and priorities, while your internal teams handle implementation. On the Embedded tier, I also roll up my sleeves and execute technical and on-page work directly, collaborating with your content and dev teams as part of your workflow.
How do we communicate?
We'll start with a kick off call, and then we communicate asynchronously. No weekly check-ins or status calls. We use Slack, Email, and Loom video walkthroughs. This allows me to focus on doing the work and you to focus on running your business.
Can I start with an audit first?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a Technical SEO Audit or Content Audit & Strategy to get the baseline right before moving into an ongoing retainer.
